Shipping policy

Currently, we only ship within the United States.

Shipping cost for prints will be provided at the checkout.

We offer FREE shipping on original artwork shipped within the contiguous United States using USPS First-Class Mail, Priority Mail or Ground Advantage. We reserve the right to choose the most efficient and economical option depending on the size/weight of the package. If the customer prefers a different shipping option, they will be provided with shipping cost estimate and will be responsible for paying the shipping costs.

The original artwork is usually shipped within 2-3 days, excluding weekends and holidays, unless other arrangements were made with the customer. For prints, this will depend on the production time, which will be noted in the description.

The tracking number will be provided to you after we ship the package. The USPS is providing the estimate of 2-7 business days for the options mentioned above, but the actual delivery time is out of our control - please use the tracking number to see the estimated delivery date.

Signature will be required upon the receipt of the most packages with the original artwork. Please make sure there's somebody in your residence to sign for it.

Currently, we do not offer International Shipping.

Damaged packages.
When you receive your package, please inspect it carefully. If it arrives damaged, please let us know within 3 days. Please document all damages to the package or artwork with photos - they will be needed for the insurance claim and for getting you reimbursed.

*How we package artwork.
We take extra care when packaging the original art for shipping. Pastel artwork will be protected with a layer of glassine paper and sandwiched between sturdy boards, preventing damage to the corners or puncture of the work during the shipping.
