Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy on eligible items, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging, which is particularly important with the original artworks. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, contact us at lana@lanaballotart.com or use the Contact form on our site. The return address will be provided to you once return is approved.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The return shipping method should include the tracking number. Purchasing the insurance is strongly recommended so that you protect yourself from package loss or damage during the shipping.

If the tracking for your item shows that it's "delivered" and you have not received the package, please contact your post office so that they can open the investigation and locate your package. Sometimes it's delivered to your neighbors.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is  damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds (if applicable)
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. The amount will be the original amount you paid (minus our initial shipping costs if the reason for the return is the customer's change of mind).

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Color Disclaimer.
Every effort is made to display artwork as accurately as possible. However, the actual colors of the works may vary slightly due to several factors, like your monitor settings or lighting. These variations are minor and can be expected.
